Processing and Shipping
Orders are generally processed in 3-5 days. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order leaves our facility; shipping times are generally 3-5 business days depending on your location. If you are in need of prompt delivery (i.e. 2-day) there will be an additional charge; Please contact us first through our contact page so we can confirm your order can be processed in time and provide the appropriate costs to you.
Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each and we cannot guarantee they will arrive at the same time if ordered separately.
Shipping Rates:
- Lightweight (typically under 4oz or less but may vary) $4.00
- Up to 1lb $9.00
- Up to 2lbs $11.00
- Up to 5lbs $15.00
Free Shipping: For the month of April, we are offering free shipping on orders over $40.00 (decreased from our standard $50 free shipping rate). Bulk/wholesale orders and orders being shipped outside the United States are not eligible for this offer.
Boxes and mailers are amply sized to provide support and protection while also contributing the least waste we can.
Local Pickup
For liability reasons, we cannot currently offer an in-store pickup option.
Returns
Many of our products are highly customized, as such we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the event you receive a damaged item, please immediately document and report the issue to our customer support department (through the order in your account page or via our contact page). For any products which are shipped outside the United States, we are unable to accept any returns.
